This beautiful three-level mountain home sits just steps from Terry Peak Ski Area, offering stunning year-round views. The space
The upper level features two bedrooms, a ¾ bathroom, and a loft overlooking the living room below. Both Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 offer queen beds, while the loft includes a couch with a pullout bed for additional sleeping space. The main level includes a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a laundry closet, and a full bathroom. Bedroom #3 on this level is furnished with a queen bed. On the lower level, you’ll find a second living area with a large sectional couch, a ¾ bathroom, and Bedroom #4, which features a queen bed along with a twin XL bunk bed. This level also provides direct access to the patio and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Guest access
The home is situated on a looped road with two entry and exit points—an uncommon feature in the area that’s especially helpful during heavy snowfall or when traveling with trailers. There are 5+ parking spots available between the driveway and street. The road is paved up to Terry Peak, then transitions to gravel/asphalt millings for the final half mile to the home. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months. For added convenience, taxi services are also available for transportation to and from Deadwood.
Other details
The property features parking for up to six vehicles, with additional space for trailers. Newly finished asphalt millings on the road and parking area, along with the looped driveway, make access easy—no tricky trailer maneuvering required. Up to two well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome on the main level. Guests must bring their own kennel (a few are available onsite if needed), and pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please clean up after your pets—tethers and waste bags are provided. Enjoy reliable Starlink Wi-Fi, direct access to hiking right outside the front door, and plenty of activities for kids beyond screens. This is a warm, family-friendly space designed for making lasting memories together.

Neighborhood overview
Located just steps from Terry Peak Ski Area, this home offers easy access to Black Hills National Forest trailheads, nearby hiking, and the scenic George S. Mickelson Trail. You’ll also be just 10 minutes from the historic town of Deadwood, with taxi service available to and from the cabin. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the Black Hills, especially for riders visiting during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and throughout the summer season.

We happily welcome up to one large dog or two smaller, well-behaved dogs with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. To help keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, we ask that pets remain off all carpeted areas, furniture, and beds. Baby gates are provided in the bedroom closet to help block off restricted areas. Due to the home’s layout and limited hard-surface flooring, we’re unable to accommodate more than two pets.
